Payment & Cancellation Policy

お支払いについて

お支払いは、銀行振り込み・クレジットカード若しくは
Paypalのいずれかで、お願い致します。
また、支払い手数料はお客様ご負担となります。

もし、お客様が所属する学校やその他教育機関からのお支払いをご希望の際は、柔軟に対応致しますので、あらかじめご相談下さい。

支払い手数料

  • 銀行振り込み　・・・無料

  • クレジットカード　・・・合計金額の2.2％

  • Paypal　・・・合計金額の４％

キャンセルポリシーについて

デポジット入金前

キャンセルにかかる料金は一切かかりません。
納得がいくまで何回でもお気軽にお問合わせ、ご相談下さい。

デポジット入金後
12時間以内

12時間以内までは全額返金致します。（手数料はお客様負担）

デポジット入金後
12時間以降

如何なる事由においても、デポジットの返金は致しません。

製作完了通知後

全額お支払いください。

Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. (Charging fees payable by the customers)

If you wish to pay via your school or education facility,
please, contact me so we can organise payment.

Charging Fee

  • Bank Transfer　・・・No charging fee

  • Credit Card　・・・2.2％ will be applied to the total price

  • Paypal　・・・4% will be applied  to the total price

Cancellation Policy

Before Deposit Has Been Made

No fees payable. Until you are happy with the details of your
requirement, any and all consultation is free.

After Deposit within 12 Hours

Order can be cancelled within 12 hours of making a deposit and the deposited amount returned in full. (Credit card fees are incurred by the customer).

Following this 12-hour period, return of the deposit amount is not possible by any reasons.

After Order Has Been Fully Completed

No refunds possible. Please pay the full outstanding amount.
